Sharing our grief in the light of faith at St. Angela’s
All of us have in the past weeks been bombarded with unexpected and unwelcome losses—the death and frightening illness of people we love and so many others, death to our own sense of security and certainty, death to traditions we have relied on, and isolation from so many of the persons, places, and things that would have comforted us, especially from the sacraments. But we are an Easter people; people who believe in God’s mercy, people of hope.
St. Angela’s Bereavement Support Team recently completed six sessions of its Seasons of Hope Program.
