In order to be considered Facility Request forms must be submitted electronically to the parish Facilities Coordinator for processing.
You will receive notification via e-mail or phone that your request has been confirmed or denied within 72 hours. Event may not occur without a confirmation.

Facilities are assigned on a first-come, first serve basis with exception of liturgical events scheduled by Fr. John Cahoon having priority over all others.
Recurring events must have a beginning and ending dates.
When requesting time for your event please allow for your setup and clean-up.
Ministries and groups may modify and organize their own setup as needed however the room must be returned to the standard layout when the event is concluded.
All users are expected to leave the facilities as clean as they found them and remove all food and drink containers.
NO food or drink is allowed anywhere in the Church except in the St. Angela Merici room.
