Session in your Finding God book: Session 6 & 7

Message from John and Carol:
This week we begin our second unit, Jesus, Our Lord and Savior.  This unit focuses on our encounter with Jesus in Baptism and Confirmation.  We will learn that Jesus shares God's life and grace with us in the sacraments.  The sacraments celebrate Jesus' presence among us in both word and sign.  We are called to be living signs of Jesus on earth.  The Holy Spirit gives us sanctifying grace to fulfill this mission.  Please take a few moments and share with your child how we can be more like Jesus in our thoughts and in our actions.  Have a blessed week and we will see you around the church! Message from John and Carol:
Hello friends - we pray that all of you are doing well. It was great seeing so many of you last night for the teaching Mass.  Fr. John, did such an incredible job explaining the different parts of the Mass and all of you asked such insightful questions.  

Don't forget about some of our upcoming events: 
November 18 - Movie Night on the Hill - 6:30pm - Featuring the Lion King.  Food Trucks will be on sight. Please note the change in date!!  

November 29 - Family Reconciliation Service - 6:30pm  Priests from around the area will be present to help celebrate this sacrament with us.  
 
December 2 - Family Service Day - 8:00am.  We will start in the St. Angela Room in the new church. Then go to different service sites around the area, return for lunch and share our experiences, and close with prayer.
