Marian Consecration with The Legion of Mary

The Legion of Mary is offering an opportunity for Marian consecration following the method of St. Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort.  For those who have not been able to make a consecration to Jesus through Mary, we invite you to consider making this consecration.  For those who have made the Marian consecration, we invite you to renew your fervor and devotion.  It is recommended to renew the consecration each year.

In "True Devotion to Mary with Total Preparation for Consecration," St. Louis Marie de Montfort sets out his teaching on devotion to Jesus through Mary in general, and proposes a particular form of devotion, involving a total dedication or consecration of oneself to Jesus through the heands of Mary.  It is a prayerful and focused method of drawing closer to Jesus than ever before. 

CONSECRATION TIMELINE

Thursday, November 5: Begin 33 days of prayers as found in Preparation for Total Consecration according to Saint Louis Marie de Montfort.  If you are joining us, I will send you the 33 Days Novena via email.

Tuesday, December 7: We will be consecrated on the Feast of the Immacualte Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary at the Vigil Mass.
