An initiation process in which the parish community accompanies all inquirers in the journey of faith!
The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is a process for adults who desire to learn about the Catholic faith and who are considering joining the Catholic Church.
A child who is 7 years old and is not yet baptized will walk the journey of faith and sacraments of initiation through the OCIA process. Parents are asked to contact the office to provide them with more information about the process. -
The OCIA Team welcomes all who:Adults who:
- have never been baptized.
- were baptized in another Christian faith tradition and are interested in professing the Catholic Faith.
- were baptized Catholic but have not celebrated Eucharist (Communion) and Confirmation.
- Children of 7yrs and older who have not been baptized.
