The Rose window is located in the Parish Life Center St John Paul II Room. The Rose was designed to portray a golden light ascending and descending the ladder, (The ladder is symbolic of the vision St. Angela had of Heaven opening and angels traveling via ladder between Heaven and Earth). The lines which contain the golds, yellows and ambers, also suggest the shapes of the crown, harp, cross, Bible and St. Angela, herself. Other images are: hands holding a book, one hand outstretched in praise and a staff with a bag and a foot. Although these images are fairly obvious when discovered, they were designed and colored secondary to the ladder - harkening back to Jacob - and hopefully a celestial pathway to Heaven.
